Andrew Stokes is a commercial litigator with experience in a wide array of practice areas. Andrew helps his clients navigate commercial disputes with an eye toward their business objectives. Andrew has particular experience managing electronic discovery, including in complex litigation. He also advises clients on various issues related to attorney-client privilege, including in non-litigation context.
Prior to joining Carney, Andrew was an associate at an international law firm, and before that he spent several years as a business intelligence analyst for a Seattle-based company. Andrew maintains a robust pro bono practice; his recent cases have focused on civil rights litigation and immigration representation.
Andrew received his JD from the University of Seattle School of Law.
