Siyan Kang is an associate in the litigation team where she specializes in guiding clients through the stressful litigation process while exploring innovative and creative solutions to achieve their business goals. Siyan is committed to advocating for her clients by navigating complex legal challenges and seeking the best possible outcomes. She approaches each case with an open mind and delivers desirable outcomes through strategic negotiation and aggressive advocacy.
Siyan graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. She also has a law degree from Jilin University, China, and a LLM from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, Siyan interned for King County Public Defense and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
In addition to her work at Carney, Siyan has also volunteered her time and expertise to help underserved communities through organizations such as the King County Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinic and Communities Rise. She is fluent in Mandarin. When she’s not practicing law, Siyan enjoys spending time outdoors with her border collie, Loki, and exploring Seattle’s vibrant food scene with her partner and friends.
