Carney Welcomes New Real Estate Attorney, Karl Kleppe

Karl Kleppe has joined Carney Badley Spellman as a litigation associate in its Real Estate Practice Group. Since entering private practice in 2023, Karl has litigated cases involving boundary disputes, adverse possession, real estate seller disclosures, contract disputes, construction defect, timber trespass, fraudulent billing practices, and violations of the Consumer Protection Act. Before entering private practice, Karl obtained valuable litigation experience as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and as a Certified Law Clerk for the Washington Attorney General’s Office in the Labor and Industries Division.  He is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.
