Eric Hanson’s practice as an attorney concentrates on insurance issues with a specific focus on the prosecution of property damage claims. He has successfully litigated cases throughout the Western United States in both state and federal court. Before entering private practice, Eric clerked for Justice Charles Johnson at the Washington State Supreme Court.

Eric works throughout the West handling cases in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Alaska, Idaho, and California. Eric is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. He is a member of Washington, Oregon, Alaska Bar Associations, and NASP (National Association of Subrogation Professionals). Eric has experience with various matters, from simple negligence to catastrophic property claims caused by wildfires, propane, natural gas events, product liability failures, or construction-related losses.  Eric routinely handles depositions, hearings, and mediations.
