Sarah Alderin is an associate in the firm’s business practice group. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with corporate governance, entity formation, and a variety of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions

Prior to joining Carney, Sarah was an associate at a law firm in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she advised lower middle-market private companies with respect to general corporate governance and entity formation, equity investments, and debt financings, assisted private equity clients with acquiring and selling portfolio companies, and represented issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings of municipal securities.
