Kevin Hagan is an associate with Carney Badley Spellman’s litigation practice group. His practice involves commercial, construction, and real estate litigation. Kevin has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries including construction, energy, food & drug, healthcare, life science, real estate, and technology.
Kevin brings experience working with an international AmLaw 100 firm, an established local family firm, and the City of Spokane Prosecutor’s office where he handled criminal hearings and a wide range of civil matters from civil infractions to municipal & fire code enforcement.
Kevin graduated with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2020 and earned a Master of Laws from the University of Washington School of Law in 2022.
Prior to law school, Kevin spent more than a decade working in education and non-profit administration.
